When I was at MoMA yesterday, I got to see the George Lois
Esquire covers exhibit. It wasn't a huge exhibit. Just a glass table with some contact sheets and not quite two walls with covers on them. It was more of a third of one wall and a quarter of the other, but I loved it. One cover in particular caught my eye, and it was not the Andy Warhol one, even thought that was one of my favorites.
The headline read,
The New American Woman: through at 21.
I wondered what the article that accompanied that cover was about. Does this mean that I only have one good year left? If so, I'd better get moving! If this is my last post, you know who to blame.
