Good Job America ... Good Job

Obama '08! What did I tell you. Yesterday was a busy day. I woke up at 6AM so I could get to the polls early, I voted around 8AM after standing on line for an hour, and after a full day of classes I ran errands when I got home. I was exhausted by the time the clock hit 10. It was obvious Obama was going to win. I fell asleep and woke up in time to hear a reporter say, "there will be children living in the White House." Then I went to bed knowing Obama won. I missed his victory speech last night, but thanks to technology, it's all online. If you missed it too, watch it here : Obama's Victory Speech

I'm curious to know how many of you voted for McCain and why? Please post your comments. I only know 4 people who are McCain supporters so I'm interested to read what you have to say. I'll be honest, earlier this year I didn't know who I was going to vote for. We still didn't know if the Democrat candidate was going to be Clinton or Obama. I liked John McCain before the election started. I would always see him on TV explaining what Bush was doing because frankly, who really understands what Bush does. But as the election wore on, McCain changed. He started cracking strange jokes and came across to me as a creepy old man. I don't know what was going on with him. And then he chose Palin and I lost faith in him. Even Joe Biden and Jay Leno discussed the change in McCain on The Tonight Show last month. I look forward to reading what you have to say.
