Ryan Star's Right Now is a great song for the new year. It's uplifting and empowering. It's fight song quality has even resulted in it being used in a lot of sports montages as of late.
You should know by now that I love live music. It's more real and raw than anything produced in a studio; plus it shows the audience if you can sing or not.
There's nothing like hearing Ryan sing live. He has amazing onstage presence. See for yourself as he performs the song everyone's going to be talking about in '09.
I was going through some old emails I've ignored until now. One of them was from Coty Beauty. It sent me to the Harajuku Lovers Fragrance site which is full of videos of people doing karaoke to Gwen Stefani's Harajuku Girls. My favorite video is from this little girl. She's just adorable, and I would totally be her if I was little. I love how she ends her song with, "Yeah! I rule!"

I've always been a Britney girl since the first time I saw the video for Baby One More Time. It's hard to believe that was 10 years ago ... that's half my life! Time sure flies when your childhood idol releases hit after hit. I'm glad the public is accepting her once again. She deserves it after the rough times she's had recently. It's nice to see her back on her feet and not down on her luck. Can't wait for Britney to be the Ringleader of '09! Cheers and happy birthday baby!
Since last week, I've been finding videos of Britney Spears performing Womanizer on various shows in Europe. I must say that her X-Factor performance has been my favorite so far.
As it was widely rumored for the past few days, Britney Spears did make an appearance during Madonna's concert at Dodger Stadium last night. The best part of it all is when Madonna sings, "I'm not your bitch." Then she points to Britney and yells, "She's not your bitch!" And Britney responds, "It's Britney bitch." Loves it! X-O-X-O in that Gossip Girl way.
Justin Timberlake, like Britney Spears, did perform with Madonna last night at her concert in LA's Dodger Stadium. If you want proof, I've got it for ya.
... but the two figures in this video I snagged off of YouTube belong to Madonna & Britney Spears. All day I heard that Madonna was going to reunite Justin and Britney at her show in LA tonight. Britney was there, but no word on Justin yet.
I was looking for another video and found this instead. It's Alicia Keys, Gwen Stefani, and Missy Elliot peforming Kiss. I don't know when it's from. I'm guessing the Grammy's because of when the person posted it, but I have no idea.
